The hotel is located just 5 mins away walking to the beach and is in the main street with many restaurants and shops nearby. Room was clean and have two swimming pools. Breakfast included was ok, bread, eggs, something basic.

Room Tip: first floor

Lovely little hotel near the beach. Sanctuary from the heat with good aircon and lovely balcony overlooking the pool and wildlife in the trees. Saw monkeys ,resident woodpecker and lots of other birds. Breakfast basic but fresh and had very nice traditional dinner there on last night which was lovely.
Definitely a good place to stay

The hotel is small and located on a busy street. There is limited parking right across the street. The room was clean There is an Italian restaurant on the same property. Breakfast was included in the price of the room. The food was okay. The wait staff could have been more attentive. Would stay there again.

The hotel is located on the main street in the small village Samara. We stayed two nights in a double room facing a small pool which meant that street noice was not an issue. The room has both ac and fan. Good wifi and breakfast especially the Tico version where you can substitute bread with fruit. Pool towels are one dollar. Staff is friendly and helpsome.

This was our last stay and as such wanted to relax and unwind, this hotel was not what we would have booked had we realised where it was.
Again I think we drew the bum room.
Over entrance to restaurant/hotel and on the main road.
Noisy No lay in's in this part of hotel 4.30/5 am wake up with traffic and staff.
Also riddled with ants and the ants are BIG in Costa Rica, they were on the bed, all over the wall, had to spay round the doors and bed with mossy stuff and by the end of 3 days finally got the better of them.
The room was very clean but dated, and the staff very friendly and helpful.
One of our traveling companions got robbed (not in the hotel) and the hotel couldn't do enough to help.
Food breakfast was included and was normal Costa Rican breakfast, it was Good

I think the rooms at the back were a lot better, quieter and backed on to the pool and garden, if you stay here make sure you get one of them, there are also some rooms between the front and back again there is a small pool in front but they also face the restaurant so may be noisy.

Room Tip: get one of the rooms at the very back of hotel, guests in them said they was very good
