Atmosphere and style give you a warm feeling.
Dinner is really good. I would recommend a steak rather than rips.
Also I liked the caipitica!

Hands down one of our best meals in Samara. The food is fresh, simply prepared and delicious! If you like the taste of wood grilled seafood and steaks you will love this place! Meats are cooked to perfection and generous portions. Vegetables are also grilled, even coal foil wrapped baked potatoes. Seafood so tasty you will consider coming again and again. Everything we sampled was great, including cocktails, wines, and deserts. Very friendly service, amazing prices and one of few restaurants in town that take credit cards. Worth every penny. Buen provecho!

After a day zip lining we didn't want to drive too far and discovered this jewel of a restaurant up the hill from our hotel! The ambiance is lovely and the food is amazing!

Neat location and concept, but overpriced and mediocre quality food. I have food allergies and they were unable (or perhaps unwilling) to accommodate my special needs, so I ate the meat and gave everything else to my husband. The open wood fire cooking was neat to see, but not worth the price. Definitely would NOT eat there again. "Tourist trap" comes to mind. We spend several months in Sámara every winter and have found so many nicer and more reasonably priced restaurants. We do not recommend it to anyone who asks us for recommendations.

My husband and I ate here during our time in Costa Rica last week. We visited on a tour for a week and this was hands down the best meal we ate. We were disappointed the Playa Samara location didn't have an ocean view, but the atmosphere was still great. The prices and service were very good as well.
