DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

We did not receive a habitable room that was accurately represented based on the website's description. The images on the website ALL show white bungalows which are not even on property. I walked the entire property and didn't see one of these "white bungalows" as advertised on the website.

The room we received was disgusting, the shower leaked out to the entire bathroom and the floor was flooded the entire time, the maids serviced their carts outside our room so we couldn’t even open the windows and there was staff directly outside our shower all morning which was incredibly uncomfortable to take a shower. The bed frame was moldy and there was a security camera that shot directly into our room which was so creepy.

It completely ruined our trip because we had to find another place to stay that was suitable and clean. The customer service agent was unable to offer any help and admitted that our room was the worst on property and the hotel is rundown. We were completely duped by the website and what we received when we arrived. To show rooms that don't even exist on property is a huge violation of false advertising and the hotel refused to make it right.

The food was horrible and the property is completely rundown. Save yourself and do not stay at this place.

I had a great visit here. What made it so great we’re all the wonderful people that worked at this intimate boutique hotel. The staff weee so friendly and helpful. I felt at home and would definitely return

I stayed at Ti-Fakara Hotel earlier this month for about 5 days and I have not been able to stop thinking about this place. It is an absolutely beautiful hotel, the staff is incredible (a million thanks to Josue and Marlon), our room was gorgeous. There are soooo many critters and birdies in the best way (a cute tiny froggie made its way into our shower half way through our trip, which to my friend and I was great lol). Oh and they have a cow named Priscilla!! I couldn't even begin to express how seemless this stay was. I hope to return one day. But if the universe doesn't allow it, I'll remember it forever nonetheless. If you get the chance, please make sure to experience this place and its staff. Its truly so wonderful :') pura vida.
