This visit was slightly worse than the last. Even if the family books this hotel next year, we will not stay there. We returned to our room at 5:30 in the afternoon and the beds hadn't been made nor the towels replaced. They still have he Keurig coffee maker that I couldn't get to operate. A cup of coffee at the restaurant in the lobby was $2.73.
Additionally, some people received breakfast buffet vouchers and some did not. It cost us $65 to feed 3 adults and 4 children at the breakast buffet (I don't believe there is a children's price). The clerks could not explain issuance of the vouchers, but knew that it was not included in the price of the room.
I have written the hotel to advise them of our less than satisfactory experience but have not heard back. We required two rooms; you'd think for $700+ dollars, they would respond to my email.More
