1. Parking - quite cramp and trouble for big vehicle to at corners.
2. Check in and check out - very smooth but need to get out within 10 min or you have to revalidate the pass card which is quite troublesome
3. Room - flush valve and shower not working properly while freezer is not so cold
4. Lift - all lifts are centralized which are quite troublesome for those whose rooms are at the end block because they need to walk to and from for few minutes.
5. Gym - quite basic facilities and maybe unsatisfied for those who would like to have a complete set of workouts.
6. Breakfast - moderate and not so much of choices. Refill takes quite a time that somehow might kill off to your appetite.
7. Location - great as it is opposite to big mall (pahlawan square plus other tourist spots e.g hang tuah tower, stadhuys, a farmosa and many more.
8. Internet access - so far as it takes up to 10 minutes to get connected or to worst no connection at all.

Room Tip: Get room close to lift and parking at level 3 for ease of access and convinience

Convenient location just next to shopping centre. But the hotel really need to beef up on its maintenace. The wooden flooring pop up and the towel rack seems to dislodge. Also, provision of hair dryer is not default. You have to request .

Booked a junior suite for 2D1N stay for 3 persons. Suite came with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, living and a kitchen. We had the suite on the highest floor, which came be a hassle as the lifts are quite slow. Despite having problems with the aircon swivel for all rooms, still a comfortable stay. Living area not very clean and curtains had holes. The hairdryer was located within the drawer under the television. It was not detachable and as the wire was very short, it makes blowdrying hair very challenging.
The redeeming point was the location of the hotel as opposite to shopping mall and short walk to Jonker. Good variety for breakfast too.

Overall, for what we paid, it was a good stay.

Lobby staff are friendly. Knows things and able to give suggestions and directions.
This is where the good news ends.
Housekeeping and maintainence isn't great.

Got the room and curtain wasn't able to close fully. Reported.
Long story short, took 45 min to 1 hour to resolve the issue due to misunderstanding of the issues. Had to call 4 times.

Requested for 2 firm pillows. They sent only 1. Told the person to bring another. Never came.

Requested for hand towels. Gave us floor towels.

The worse part? The whole place isn't fully air conditioned. Lift is hot and corridors is in the open facing sunrise so you get hit by the heat in the morning.
In the afternoon your room is facing the heat waves.
The person bringing pillow and towel carried the stuff close to the body. I could also smell sweat on the body. So training and hygiene is a huge concern. This isn't something that can be fix by just telling the person. Hotel management has to take note and ensure.

Lift is an issue. Insufficient to support the hotel. Only 3 lifts with slow operating doors and 19 floors.
Often had to wait for 2 to 3 lifts before we can proceed.
Again a management issue.

The toilet light is also fairly dim.

Special mention to your lobby staff hossain. Very friendly and approachable. Knowledgeable and provided us with multiple assistance.

Gaps under door can be seen. Likewise gaps with windows closed. This results in bad sound proofing and poor air conditioning.

Toilet clothes hanger is limited to 1 hook which is high up. Not suitable at all for ladies.
Toilet rack for towels is right above the toilet seat. Inner wear if fall may go straight into the toilet bowl.

Room Tip: Best is not to choose this hotel at all.
