Have you all find out the lifts do not have aircond at all? even the aisle when you walk back to your room. It is so suffocated especially during the noon time .

Well, if you do not mind about this, there are still something for this hotel that worth your stay. Friendly staff , who helped us to keep reactive the room card as the card is ultra sensitive( do not put together with your phone or else you unable to open your room). Free parking , Clean room, Walking distance to various tourism spot. Those are the reasons to counter back my frustration. Good stay overall.

Room tip: Choose those room not so high, or else you will waste alot of time as it is high traffic hotel with customers.

Conveniently situated in Melaka town centre. Walking distance to nearest shopping malls. Nearest to historical site and all are walking tour.
The hotel acknowledged us as a repeated holiday maker staying in their hotel.

Great location- right opposite large modern shopping mall. Staff at the hotel are super friendly and helpful. We had a huge executive room at an excellent price with great views of the city. Bed was comfortable with efficient air conditioning. Bathroom needed a proper shower screen to prevent water going everywhere but nevertheless shower was hot and powerful. Breakfast buffet was amazing with an eclectic menu of Asian and western dishes. The handmade roti was our favorite!
Yes the rooms curtains in our room needed replacing and a few more English cable tv channels are needed but overall we enjoyed our stay at the Imperial Heritage. Would definitely recommend!

Book 2 premier suite, 1 junior suite and a executive room for a total of 14pax.
Executive room is super spacious and worth the price paid.
Junior suite was newly renovated and very modern, but room wasn't clean. Sweet wrappers were found at corner of the room.
1 of the premier suite had a choked toilet bowl on the second day. The other premier suite had us catching baby cockroaches.but the premier suite is super spacious and great for families.
Smoking along the hotel corridor. Though it's a hotel but the corridor are not air conditioned, very much like apartment corridor. Lifts are good unlike other comments on long waiting for lifts.
Hotel parking is limited at a multi storey carpark beside the hotel, free parking for hotel guest. Very very tight parking space. I reached at 5.30pm (melaka time) and I had to park along the ramps.
