It was our first time. The rooms were booked by my husband's brother and he was informed that almost all the rooms are fully booked therefore we could only get 2 twin beds although we booked 3 Deluxe Rooms. It was 3 families with kids so when we got there, my husband tried to get help with the room set-up. The staffs were nice enough to help us make arrangements in such a way where we managed to get all the rooms at the same floor and 2 rooms with a queen/king bed. Overall, the services were good and so were the facilities. The swimming pool area was very nice and they even had sand color art for the kids. This hotel does not have a play area for children so nothing much for them to do inside the hotel. The next morning, my in-laws and I went for the buffet breakfast which was alright. Not too many varieties compared to many other hotels but the food taste was good. My son woke up late and the staff was nice enough to let him in at the last 10 minutes to enjoy his bites. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing I did not expect is for the amount we paid for the Deluxe Room, we got only 1 pass for breakfast. We had to pay extra for our spouses to join us. It was not too much for the extra 1 but it's nicer to have 2 passes for 2 pax so the family can have breakfast together.

Stayed here 3 times now. Nice location with a big Chinese seafood restaurant next to it. Our suite was awesome. Breakfast was good with generous local and continental spread. Love its view of the sea.

Room Tip: higher floors facing the sea is nice

Stayed in the hotel for our 3rd time. Room size is spacious & clean. Facing the Straits offer nice view. Breakfast spread was good, with both asian & international spreads. My daughters loves the nasi lemak. Level 3 brings you to the infinity pool. Nice size and not crowded. Generally the hotel is nice, except that it takes a lot of effort to cross the busy street to Mahkota Parade. Quite dangerous. However the hotel provides shuttle services at certain timings.

Little little things apparently skipped staff's attention, like cleanliness of utensils, bent knifes etc. Breakfast spread was okay.

Wifi not strong in the room.

Check-in was fast and smooth and nicely attended to.

Concierge staff can be a bit blur, send 2 sets of 4 keys to each of our rooms even after we have checked in and entered our rooms. I don't know why we need so many keys for.

Room Tip: Sea view is not really sea view, due to the Pulau Melaka being just beside it, and then land reclaimation activities are rampant.

Stay at the hotel for 3 days 2 nights and everything was perfect. Hotel location was very strategic. Everything are close by. Would recommend anyone to just walk if you plan to go to jonker street or even any places there. The traffic are horrid. Took us about 1 hour 30 minutes to reach hotel due to traffic on our first day of visit. Really horrible. But if you lazy to walk, theres a shuttle bus from hotel to certain area, require booking. Theres a lot restaurant nearby as well as shopping mall. Room wise was comfortable, bed was soft and comfy, toilets were clean. Breakfast was fine. Really enjoyed my stay there.
