The Resort is really an excellent place to stay at North Goa. You have all the facilities like restaurant, swimming pool, Bar etc. The beach is at walking distance from the resort. The staffs are very co-operative and courteous.

Was good. Hotel, food.. but cleanliness was okay. Didnt find that good. Wooden Cottages were not maintained properly. First v got one cottage and bathroom ceiling was leaking and 1st floor water was coming to our bathroom so needed to change. New one cottage was also okay. Room service was good

This hotel is definitely not a 4 star, our so called Deluxe Room is in need of a major renovation, STAY AWAY from the Deluxe Rooms. My friend who joined us, had a cheaper room and it was so much better than ours.
The food was good enough. My major gripe is with the room. The AC didn't work 2 days out of the 4, when we approached reception, it was working before I got back to the room, which leads me to believe that they can control it from reception. Anyway rant over.
it is ok. however the reception area is not good. no sufficient seating to sit. the area was not having air conditioning.
some of the rooms are adjacent to the swimming pool, the floor is always wet and not comfortable to walk.
however the staff are really good and cooperative. management may take some good decisions to improve the logistics and facilities of the hotel.
