Amazing place to stay if you are looking for the room near to the market, in budget, with good food, play area for kids and with swimming pool. Also the beach is at the walking distance from the hotel. You will love the breakfast in the hotel also have options for the restaurant near by. Medical shops in case of emergency is also nearby. I would like to thank Viraz, Sheetal in Front Office and housekeeping person I forgot his name but made our room daily. More

We had booked 4 rooms with quiet a big group of friends.. all rooms were clean and tidy.. polite house keeping and service staff.. decent layout of daily breakfast with a variety of items.. swimming pool, daily games and activities for all.. just few minutes away from Calangute beach and market area.. enjoyed our stay thoroughly here.. Ocean Palms, Calangute, Goa a wonderful place to book, the hotel has clean and hygienic rooms, and all amenities. The staff is warm and friendly, the location of the hotel is close to the beach and calangute street market and 5-8 minutes by car from Candolim. Thanks for making our holiday so memorable!

Ocean Palms claims to be a 4 star hotel and has good ratings on travel portals. But my experience was not great. I had booked a Palm Superior room and stayed there for 2 days between 15th and 17th November. The room was pretty average with very old and worn down furniture. The bathroom fittings were equally bad. Bathroom lock didn't work. Based on room and bathroom I wouldn't rate this hotel more than 1 star. In contrast the toilets near reception and in common areas had modern fittings. The wifi was very weak and it cannot be relied upon to do any work. Breakfast was also forgettable.
I wonder how it has such a good rating on different portals. It's in a good location for sure and staff behavior is good. But the rooms must improve. I don't know if all the rooms are like that or if I was unlucky to get such a room. A hotel that is supposed to be a 4 star resort and charges accordingly must provide better rooms, wifi and other facilities.

Ocean Palm Goa is a best place to stay in North Goa at Calangute with luxury 4* segment... Good Lobby, Nice rooms, Swimming ♂️ pool, Good Restaurant and Banquet hall.. Staff Miss Debarat, Rohan, Shital, Sultan and Baiju amazing guys...
