Neat and clean rooms. Very smiling and happy service. The food was the best part of the stay, delicious and prompt service. Special mention of the general manager who was very helpful. Very happy holiday experience

First of all: The bedsheets (and towels) are dirty (looks like blood and other body fluids, see pictures). And the personnel were not changing them daily. (we had to make them come back several times until we got clean ones). The service is awful, they do not listen to requests and when they do it takes several hours. They were also, for the most part, unwilling to help. In the room the air conditioning was leaking condensation water on the floor when switched on. The breakfast is not good, but the lunch and dinner is fine. For the amount of money it costs, it is not worth it. The pool were small and a bit dirty. Stay away!
