Whenever I stay at a hotel, I always look for hospitality and as a total experience , not just the rooms or food or just the staff behavior. I stayed at this hotel for almost 10 days. Food was good, rooms are clean .I have had few experience which I feel not good, listed below

1. Airtel network inside the rooms is really bad.
2. Wifi does disconnect in between, I was working as well so I could feel the network drop.
3. I asked for late checkout because my train was in the evening, there was no safe room in this hotel to leave your luggage. The staff @ reception would tell you to leave the luggage at the sofa placed near the reception but that I feel is very unsafe as its kept in the open. The checkout time was around 11 AM and I had to stay back alteast 3 PM IST for that they took an additional charges (almost half the room rate).

All the above gave me a negative feeling specially the very unfriendly approach for late checkout even though the hotel rooms were vacant.

Good food, clean room, nice staff, helpful behavior, mustvisit hear, I stayed with my family and we really enjoyed our staying.

The staffs are really well behaved and they go every steps to make the guests stay comfortable and happy
