Quite spacious, clean beach resort, directly opens to the sea on its backyard. Though the front is not so impressive but the ambiance is great. I just wanted the door sceen to be white or light colored. And the back gate (sea facing) should have been somewhat impressive.

Taking safety measures
It was nice visiting this resort as it has beach view from the rooms. Services and ambience were good. Swimming pool was good were my family and my friend’s family enjoyed a lot.
The only concern we had was with the Geezer (hot water).

It was a wonder full experience here all staffs were very friendly and treaded us like we were their family I love to come here again if I will be able to come here and personally thanks to ‘James’ and ‘Adil’ sir and the outer staffs were also good the view from the place to eat is wonderful you can enjoy the amazing food and the view of the sea from there only the room is too much comfortable and the serveice was also good the Wi-Fi is also good to use thankew again

This property is a must visit, doesn't matter whether it is a solo trip or a family. Located right at the Calangute Beach, it gives an awesome view of the sea and the setting sun. The hospitality extended is beyond words. Celebrated my wife's birthday and the arrangement extended by management was awesome.
Madam, as she is lovingly called (the lady at the help of the affairs) is very friendly and holds everything together. Mr Pradhan, James, Adil and Narayan made sure we always had an awesome time on the sea facing gazebo during our meals. Mr Manoj was quick enough to set up our room and help us with a scooty to explore Goa. A must visit resort.
