This.We stayed for 4 days in June executive deluxe room.Worst experience. 1. Very poor breakfast in taste, spread. 2.No Doormat at entrance.Room will always be filled with sand and water because of no mat at entrance.On asking for door mat on first day they bluntly will say NO to you without understanding the issue. 3.No hot water in afternoon. 4.Restaurant staff Mr.Bali will spoil ur trip with arguments.We asked for two onion plates( 3-4 slices) extra against our order of Dal khichdi ,Daltadka and Jeera rice costing approx 800 Rs.He argued for 15-20 minutes for not providing extra onion.I am sure that your intention is not to eat extra onion ,When you are travelling to Goa with family and spending approx 8K-9 K per night .But the attitude of the staff will make you argue with them and spoil ur mood. 5.For towell ,you have to call daily and ask for the same.No automatic replacement of towell daily. 6.No soap in the bathroom.Dental kit issued on the first day only with smallest toothpaste.No replenishment of toothpaste.No comb. 7.No toilet sleepers .On asking for toilet sleepers on first day the hotel person explained me that the property is 4 star and we will not provide it.I mean the answer everytime is so blunt that you will regret your stay at hotel each time you require any service support. 8.Swimming pool is open only till 6 PM.Means its of no use because...This.We stayed for 4 days in June executive deluxe room.Worst experience.
