My husband, 1 year old, my parents, and I stayed here for 7 days. It was really nice and comfortable. The kitchen had just about everything you would need to make meals (even a crockpot!). The only thing that I was missing was a can opener but we improvised. The location is convenient to just about everything. Walmart was about 7 minutes away, Target was about 11 minutes. Great restaurants nearby! Our stay was ending just as the Hangout Music festival was about to kick off so we were able to avoid the large crowds. My 1 and only complaint is that in the bedroom without the balcony, the lights from the high rise condominium next door comes thru the blinds at the window. We had to put a dark towel up to the window at night. It would have been perfect if there were some sort of curtains to block the night lights.
Internet access was very spotty. Sometimes you could not connect or connection after repeated attempts. It was not enough of a big deal to contact anyone about since we were on vacation and Internet was not a priority.
Overall, we would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family!

The property is on the beach, which is great for the price. The service was excellent. We called twice. Once about someone who parked in our parking spot. The issue was immediately taken care of. The second call was because the condo was 78 degrees. They sent a gentleman over & they called back and said he was going to travel to another town for a part. The condo never did cool off. We kept the thermostat at 74 the whole time. Thank goodness for ceiling fans. The unit was clean. We were there during spring break...I'd avoid that time of year unless you partake in that sort of thing. We had loud neighbors at times. The worst thing I remember is that a garbage truck was slamming the metal dumpsters around at 4:50 AM on a Saturday. This place was perfect for a week's stay for 4 people. The rental company is excellent to work with. We are just used to a home with it's own private pool...I didn't mind giving that up for being right on the beach for that cheap of a stay. 7th night was free for us. Oh, the pool is NOT heated & is small. So if you want a good pool, this isn't the place for you. The frying pans are fairly old and the teflan is peeling... So bring one of your own. No salt or pepper or seasonings. Bring soap & toilet paper for sure. I just have to say again...it is a great price for a 2 bedroom right on the beach.
