this is the first time we have tried to take the whole family with us to the gulf, and we found one of the lowest price places that we thought still loooked clean. I've read some of the other reviews, and they were not right about it not being clean.. the place is very clean.. the table and chairs in the picture have been replaced with larger white roundback chairs (4). and the two barstools have been replaced with larger captains style chairs.. the beds i believe are two full beds and a twin. , (also a fold out couch, which we only used for sitting on). this place is fine for what it is.. a place to sleep and eat between your week of enjoying the beach.. we had four grwon adults and it was a little cramped, but much less than a hotel would have been, and the same as any other condo would have been. some one said the beach was too far away. i think that is ridiculous. it is simply across the road. very close. this would be the perfect place for a budget minded family with small children. it's clean, and mostly quiet. also this property does have internet access, although they havent updated that, and it says that it doesnt .

My family and I stayed in this room in July of this year (2014). There are MANY problems with this room. The first noticeable problem with this room we had was the bloody sheets on the fold out couch! The next problem we had was that the sink was leaking so bad it was leaving puddles in the floor and on the bar area. It was so bad we couldn't even eat at the bar or walk onto the floor by the sink without putting towels down. We called Young Sun Coast, which is who we rented from, and they never fixed the sink while we were there. The next problem we had was that the phone or TV's did not work! We barely had service and we could not even call out on the phone. We called Young Sun Coast again with these issues and yet again they did not fix the problem. Lastly, we had maintenance people in and out of our room one of the days we were there because apparently our unit was leaking onto the people in the room under us. The maintenance man said he could not believe that had not change out the filters in so long. He said it looked as if it had been forever since they bothered to look at it. Needless to say we were very upset with the room and with Young Sun Coast rentals. When we went to return the key we told the lady up front at Young Sun Coast of all of our problems and how we had phoned them several times when we had service and no one bothered to fix anything. Her only response was that she was sorry and she would get her manager to call and make us "feel better" and that was it. No deposit. No nothing. Oh and we never even got a call from management. NO surprise there. I almost forgot something! Our dishwasher was also messed up! Very very very disappointed in the room but most of all the people at Young Sun Coast who could care less about our problems. IF I were you, I would not rent from them.
