Unable to fly back home to be with parents, I thought of making their anniversary staycation at Vivanta, Kolkata a little special. So I wrote in to their email and was contacted by Pragnya. Pragnya went out of her way to make their stay special. She connected with me and helped

I stayed at Vivanta kolkata for one and half month. It was a memorable stay. Stay home at away from home.
All staffs were very supportive and very helpful. We were 3 from our company were staying there.
I want to mention some names here.
Inhouse Reservation : Pragnya you were super supportive allways. We bothered you so much for so many times for so many things. At end of the day we found all of our issues were resolved. many many thanks for all of your support.
Front desk : Debapriya, Aneeysha, Ekabali , you guys were always supportive at front desk. Made our checkin check out process so smooth and our daily queries for different thing was answered. Thank you Vivanta Front Desk.
Room Makeover Service : Always found clean room when back from office. Thanks Dilip Da, Rahaman, Partha Da.
