A very aversge hotel. It has a good breakfast but at the same time the service was really very slow and average. Half of the time the RFID card wasn't working. Sometimes we even waiting for 10 minutes for someone to come and assist us in opening our room. With time their service and quality has been going down.

Rooms are poorly maintained. Bathtub is cracked. Used toiletories were placed in the bathroom. Even checkin took more than 20 minutes. Restaurant staff is very courteous however services are very slow. Food quality is above average

It was a great experience staying in peerless inn. The rooms were spacious and very nicely maintained. The bathroom was well decorated and has all the necessary amenities. The staffs were very cooperative and kept every little requests made by us. The rooms were clean.

We attended a Rice Ceremony on 6th July at Peerless Inn, Kolkata, also booked a room for the purpose.
The entire event was well organised by Hotel and food served was excellent. My room was upgraded to a Suite room on request which was spacious with a drawing room large enough for 10 people.

The suite rooms are extremely spacious .
Entire staff is very courteous and friendly . They go out of the way to help.
Probably they could improve on amenities and facilities in the Hotel.
Still worth it because Aaheli ( their Bengali restaurant) Bengali food is very Authentic and delicious .
