I reached at the hotel around 3 am in the morning. I lost my phone charger in the previous hotel. The staffs offered to charge my phone and they also charged my power bank. I had booked a premium room which was upgraded to a suite.the room was great and the service was also great. They served me the starters on my table. I really loved the food and the behavior of the staffs. It was a really great experience.I will always come back.

I have stayed here for two nights and the services provided were really good. I had faced an issue regarding AC in the room i called the reception and there was a staff named Quinee Chhetri who conveyed my problem and helped me to shift my room. Staffs were really helpful and cooperative. Thank you so much for taking care of me and making me feel like home
