We have been a regular at this healthy eating joint for sometime now but could not review on TripAdvisor as it was not listed earlier. The cafe is located in a rather unlikely place in a lane opposite the Quest Mall. This cafe has been started a few years back by a dietitian and takes pride in serving healthy and wholesome food. The helpings are on the lower side which is intentional to promote healthy eating. The ambience is nice and comfortable although the place has limited seating( they have another room to the rear where we have sat once). The staff is friendly and trained well. The menu is interesting with food being classified for the calorie conscious and other categories. All items indicate the amount of calories and other information on the food being served. In the cash memo they indicate the total calories consumed by you. They keep coming out with interesting new menus. They take their time in serving you as everything is prepared from scratch. But the wait is worth it. The rates are most reasonable. The washroom is large and maintained ok.Would recommend strongly.

This is a well appointed place with several rooms for seating guests. The food is well balanced and very tasty. The place is owned by a nutritionist / dietitian and all items are accordingly prepared so that they provide healthy but tasty meals.

When I order a burger, I only eat it with one half of the bun not just to avoid the extra carbs but also because too much bread kills the taste of the meat/veg patty. Here, the patty is wrapped in a lettuce leaf - there are many other interesting twists to regular food and they're all good. Don't be put off by the 'healthy' tag - this place proves that healthy can be tasty, and how. The mocktails are also really yummy and the decor/place is amazing! The best part is, you can forge without feeling guilty ;)

Quaint is the first word you think of when you see the interior. A flat has been turned into an eatery, rooms are cosily decorated, tables and chairs are comfortable to sit at and the ambiance friendly. The refurbishing has made the different rooms secluded, so if you are with friends, you can sit in a room and be away from the crowd, if the restaurant personnel allow you to.
The food is healthy, priced on the higher side, considering the portions. The prices look reasonable on the menu card, but the portions are small to really tiny. So you end up paying much more than you thought you would if you want to fill your stomach.
The downsides were: 1. The waiters seated me in what was the garage of the house that was converted and my corner made it difficult for me to call them for any assistance. They vanished for long time periods and re-surfaced only now and then. I had to leave my seat to ask them to come to me.
2. They did not have clear ideas of what the food contained. In other words, the guidance from them about what to eat was not helpful. This could be because they are new, too.
3. The toilet was dirty. I reported, it appeared that someone ran to look.
4. The crowd was extremely loud. There were various tables with two or three diners each, all of them were talking at the top of their voices. I was difficult to have a quiet meal with such adult noise around you. I thought I might have come at an inopportune moment, but I have heard from others that they have experienced similar noise.
The food tasted great, though.

This quaint little restaurant located just off the main road is centrally located close to Quest Mall and opposite the Gupta Brothers Veg Food Court. It is owned by Hena Nafiz, Nutritionist. The place is nicely decorated and is quirky. The ambiance seems nicely done. The best part about eat good food is that one can get an approximate idea of how much of calorie, protein, carbs or fat is being consumed as per particular dish. Further there is free wifi available. The food quantity is as per calories and may seem less than a normal restaurant. The quantity would surely appeal to calorie conscious but may disappoint others
