The staff is helpful AND helpless. The flush didn't work in the first room assigned. They were helpful enough to shift us to another room, immediately with no fuss. The hot water didn't run in the morning before we had to leave to catch a flight. So icy cold water in December, it had to be.
Their only bar and restaurant was booked for a private event, the evening we arrived. So, the option was to call up room service or step out. Like most airport areas around the world, the immediate neighbourhood is at best just short of shady and we weren't in the mood to stay cooped in the room. So it had to be an hour's drive to get to any place half way decent to dine.
The staff is efficient is check-in and check-out procedures though. The bell desk folks are prompt too. And they looked adequately shamefaced and sympathetic to our poor experience when we told them that. Basically, it may be your best bet for a clean, efficient airport transit hotel at Kolkata. But please don't expect a great experience.

We stayed for one night in this hotel. In the morning, there was no cold water in the bathroom, only hot water was coming and it was very hot for use. Our room was also very noisy...Diner was also very average...Breakfast was OK.

Very average service provided..not expected from a chain hotel. Staff was rude particularly Harpreet.
Hotel has water problem..in morning there was no water in the bathroom which is pathetic. Breakfast had very limited options. Bedsheet was torn. Overall it was a bad experience.

We took all hotel services and it was great hotel room were clean and tidy also car was on time but it could be more clean.
New year was a blast fantastic arrangements and food .
