I have been working out since october, 2021 at Mariott. The experience is fantastic, and the credit goes to Gautam sir. He is an amazing trainer, has helped me and my husband with our fitness goals.
He ia extremely courteous and so welcoming. The moment you enter the gym, he greets you warmly and makes sure we have all the necessary things like hand towels , water etc.
He gives full attention to the all the members and is an amazing fitness mentor.More

From start to finish it was hospitality at its best .
Beautiful rooms and luxurious bathrooms .
Angira at the front desk accommodated every request we made .
She got the rooms ready by 11 am and let us check out by 3.30 pm both against the hotel check in and check out policy .
Almost felt like family at the hotel .
Soumika another front office staff member we interacted was amazingly helpful .
Both were always smiling and went out out of the way in making us comfortable.
A truly 7 star experience, we are hooked up for life …
Will recommend JW to anyone coming to Calcutta.
