Awesome place to stay in Kolkata

Stay here for two weeks . Food is tasty , location is good and the staff is down to earth. Behaviour-of staff is too good . I’m totally satisfied with all service. Pool is also there and it is too clean . Restaurant service is very good and bar is also there you can enjoy in bar .

Service and Stay at the property

It's pleasure to stay in this property. Mr. Debashis (at front desk) is such a nice and humble person who has assisted me while allocating room, he has given us few options to choose as well as suggested the best room to stay. I highly appreciate all his kind behaviour and assistance which he has given during my stay.

STAY

Not only the property is wonderfully well maintained and beautiful but each and every staff member made our stay there memorable....notably Mr. Sanjib Ghatak, Mr.Avijit, Mr.Namit, Mr. Debasish...all of the swimming pool staff and all Restaurant and Room Service staff, their care and hospitality will make us refer and visit Fortune Park Panchawati again and again...

Winter staycation

Had a great stay in the end of December 2021. Very cordial staff. Good food but buffet menu can be improved and good ambience. I had an octogenarian family member with me and wanted to give her a comfortable stay. Thanks to Debasish, Suparna, Suman and Soumik for their cooperation. They deftly arranged for custom services despite having year end rush.¹

Business trip for kolkata

Very supportive and cooperative restaurant staff special thanks to tushar abhijit and suman. It was a nice stay snd enjoyed a lot in this visit. Very nice ambience and nice gesture by hotel staff with nice food.
