Stay here for two weeks . Food is tasty , location is good and the staff is down to earth. Behaviour-of staff is too good . I’m totally satisfied with all service. Pool is also there and it is too clean . Restaurant service is very good and bar is also there you can enjoy in bar .More

Mr. Debashis (at front desk) is such a nice and humble person who has assisted me while allocating room, he has given us few options to choose as well as suggested the best room to stay. Not only the property is wonderfully well maintained and beautiful but each and every staff member made our stay there memorable....notably Mr. Sanjib Ghatak, Mr.Avijit, Mr.Namit, Mr. Debasish...all of the swimming pool staff and all Restaurant and Room Service staff, their care and hospitality will make us refer and visit Fortune Park Panchawati again and again...

Had a great stay in the end of December 2021. Very cordial staff. Good food but buffet menu can be improved and good ambience. I had an octogenarian family member with me and wanted to give her a comfortable stay. Thanks to Debasish, Suparna, Suman and Soumik for their cooperation. They deftly arranged for custom services despite having year end rush.¹

Had stayed here with team over 8 days. Have absolutely pleasent stay, all thanks to Pritam for arranging accommodation despite heavy rush. Special thanks to Debashish who becomes a good friend taking good care of every aspect of stay. Thanks to restaurant staff and rest of front desk staff for all their help and making it a memorable stay. Highly recommended for either business or family stay. Keep up the good work team.
