The hotel was nice and the service was brilliant. The view from the junior suite was pretty decent. Sagen Rai one of the housekeeper was brilliant. They do not provide room heaters. You have to get it by paying.
The rooms are very spacious both deluxe and super deluxe.
Excellent service and staff very good.

It's located near to the Darjeeling clock tower, 5min walk from the mall. Hospitality is perfect, and the quality of food available in the restaurant is nice too. Kanchanjungha can also be viewed from the road facing rooms of 3rd & 4th floor.
