Resort location is good , away from crowded places . Hotel staffs are nice and polite specially Sitana mam who handles restaurant at resort . Break menu is superb that changes daily . Lovely hotel with enchanting view of the majestic Kanchanjungha. Hotel service is really very good and well managed. Housekeeping was always attentive and responded to our needs. The location of the hotel is really good in terms of peace and view but a little far from the mall if you go walking. But I loved my stay at the hotel. The rooms are also very nice and cozy.

Rooms are clean, bathroom is very hygienic. Courteous staff.
The patio area overlooking the valley and a great view of Mt. Kanchenjunga in morning is the best part. What you gain as view is what you compensate with steep scale and a good 15 mins downhill = 40mins uphill trek from Mall road to reach the property.

This was my first trip to Darjeeling and it was one of my best experiences. We had booked three rooms. Room service was quite prompt.
Though food menu was limited, but taste was good. My family loved it.
Would definitely recommend this budget hotel and looking forward to visit again.

The people including Niyati and Sweta were extremely helpful and cordial. The staff was very sincere and I had an absolute wonderful stay. we booked it through MMT the check in was smooth room was little small but the view was amazing. the food here tastes good with a reasonable price. overall your stay will be a memorable with Summit Grace Hotel.
