Nice hotel to stay...buffet is good..but can change everyday...lst tine staying grt.. location quite near though u need transport... roons were clean. .aroma was good. wifi slightly weak at times..enjoyed my stay

This hotel is located in the heart of Tnagar and close to most commercial establishments. Rooms are great and hotel is quite family friendly. The cons would be for the breakfast service. By far one of the poorest I've seen. Of the few days there, one had me sitting in a congested area since they kept a part of the restaurant closed. Second day had me waiting for 15mins for a glass of water even after asking twice. You guys need to bring this at par to how you treat your guests in every other aspect which is good

This hotel was perfect and everything was great. Everything clean and nice, staff super helpful and always available, food delicious. Location very nice. Spa in hotel also very good, we enjoyed couples treatments and they were excellent. Can't even find one bad thing to say.

The GRT Grand Chennai hotel is ideally located, especially for saree shoppers. Comfortable spacious room, friendly staff, excellent breakfast spread. However, reception desks seemed very small (just like a kiosk) for such a nice hotel.
