Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you during your stay. But our restaurant is being renovated & the day you checked in, our occupancy was relatively low & almost all guests staying were going out for sightseeing. Our check-in time is 1 pm so we thought of finishing up the work by 12 noon. But you came at 8 am. You being from Caper Travel who is our regular supporter, we gave you the room at 8 am against our policies & informed you that the work would be over by 12 noon, which was finished by 11.30 am. Still, you made an issue that is not expected from a person with such a profile
