Dipali and the people at Barwara Kothi make you a member of the family when you arrive at this lovely little hotel. Great accessories with lots of history adorn the hotel. Outside of the city, so the hotel is not too loud. Dipali is always available, whether it be giving a rickshaw driver directions or offering shopping advice.

Room Tip: All rooms are good. They are happy to accommodate parties of 3.

This was our first night in India after a long flight and road trip from Delhi. The hotel is quiet and calm after the hectic traffic. Our room was large and well appointed and very clean. The food was good home cooking and the staff were always very attentive and helpful.

We had a very comfortable homely stay away from home. The place is quite, calm and very relaxing, the service is excellent and the food too. After a hectic trip from Agra to Jaipur , Barwara koti was a big relief. The environment is very positive and provides a soothing effect . the whole experience with Barwara had been an excellent and we look forward to have our future stay with the koti. A special thanks to Deepali & her team for making my stay a comfortable one.

Me and my husband stayed here on our honeymoon. We felt at home straight away. We arrived late from Agra and the guard was aware of our arrival and brought us to our room. The room was very large, nicely furnished and very clean. We had stayed the previous nights in so-called 5 star hotels, but none of them is a match for Barwara Kothi. The athmosphere in the house is very nice, the gardens are beautiful and it is a great place to start your sight seeing from. All staff were very helpful and polite. We had dinner there and if was delicious!
Our train to Udaipur was leaving late at night and we were more than welcome to stay in the house untill the train left. Unfortunately our train was so much delayed we decided to stay an extra night here and leave early in the morning. Arranging this at 11pm was not a problem.
Since staying here we decided to leave the 5star hotels for what they are and see if we can find homestays that match Bawari Kothi on our next endevours.
