Nana Ki Haveli

The haveli is about a kilometer to the hawa mahal and city palace - our obvious choice for this place of stay. The haveli looks very nice from the outside, the rooms are well decorated with classic furniture and everything had a feel of richness to it. The only two annoying things were that our room had a lot of suit on the floor, so our feet would get black if we walked around bare foot. The shower was not working - but all we needed was a hot water & the geyser did very well there. Dolku, the happy lab is eager to trot all around the property. This place is run by a very friendly Mrs.Singh.

Very nice option within walking distance of the Old City. We loved being able to stay in a haveli and enjoyed the garden courtyard immensely. We stayed for two nights in a deluxe room which was clean with plenty of space. The owner and staff were very attentive and it was a treat observing all the architectural details of a traditional haveli.

In november 2011 We spend a few days at this Haveli. We had a wonderful time there. The lady, who is the owner of this Haveli, was very friendly and helpful when we asked her for any advise. The room that we booked was clean, nice, decorative and roomy. The whole Haveli is quiet and the nice garden creates a peaceful and relaxing athmosphere. It is like a oasis. The Haveli is well located so that all the things you should see at your stay in Jaipur are easily to reach.
We took the dinner at the Haveli for two times. The meal was very delicious and creative.

We can highly recommend this Haveli and would book it again in case of another stay in Jaipur!

Best regards Nathalie and Boris.

I only have positive things to say about this place.

The owners were incredibly helpful. They cooked for us whenever we asked, even making sure that their food was suitable for my ill wife. They spoke good English and were polite and obviously caring. They had a friendly (non-obtrusive) dog. The room was very clean and the whole place was like an oasis of peace and comfort. It was also very reasonable in value compared to other places.

Really pleased!
