This is an incredible set of astronomical instruments. They are made out of stone and marble and at first sight appear like a giant set of art deco sculptures. On closer inspection (and with the help of a guide) you find they are a set of very accurate instruments. It is difficult to believe that a Sundial can measure to within 20 seconds! It is worth reading up on this site before you arrive in order to make the most of the visit.

The site is located at the entrance to the Jaipur City Palace and is well worth a visit.
