It's an amazing hotel with great staff .. Located close to the airport makes it that much more convenient ... Stayed just for a night hence was unable to use the spa or the gym... Food was excellent... All in all a great stay for me..More

This Hotel is excellent. The staff were so helpful. We needed to hire a taxi and the young female assistant of the hotel hired a taxi for us. Little did we know that it was the hotels own taxi service. We were only charged $28 for 5 hours and the taxi driver waited for us, he took us to a shop where we could buy everything that we were looking for. We asked him to take us to a local restaurant where the food is good quality and safe for our health. The food was excellent. Plenty of choices. The staff there were also very helpful and pleasant.

On first look, The Lalit Jaipur is a beautiful property, very close to the airport and a place where you'd certainly wish to stay. But, once you stay here, you will find it a bit lacking in the basic hospitality that is expected from a 5 star hotel chain with a name so famous!
the service is average, the staff has to be reminded multiple times for the same thing, We asked for Bananas for our baby, we made this request at the reception while passing it on the way to our room, then we called room service but still no bananas! They offer a complimentary tray of seasonal fruits, we asked for it and specified that we needed bananas, and the tray arrived with sliced apples!, its like they dont listen.
We stayed in a deluxe room and the most annoying thing was that the wooden floor kept creaking, not the best ting when you have a sleeping child.
the food is average, the Indian food isn't upto the mark, continental fares better although the buffet at their 24/7 restaurant is quite the spread with a lot of variety.
I would go there again only if it were discounted.

This property is very close to Airport. Luxurious one with good amenities. The restaurant is good but it can be better. There is no much variety in break fast. They could add items like Miso Soup, Vegetable broth, Rice congie which are regular these days in luxury hotels!!

Hussain and sandeep gym persons were the best, the training nd knowledge they have about the exercises are brilliant. Overall experience was good , food service was good, room was properly maintained and cleaned
