This Hotel is excellent. The staff were so helpful. We needed to hire a taxi and the young female assistant of the hotel hired a taxi for us. Little did we know that it was the hotels own taxi service. We were only charged $28 for 5 hours and the taxi driver waited for us, he took us to a shop where we could buy everything that we were looking for. We asked him to take us to a local restaurant where the food is good quality and safe for our health. The food was excellent. Plenty of choices. The staff there were also very helpful and pleasant.

Dear Morties, Namaskar!

Thank you for taking out your valuable time to write such wonderful compliments. I am happy to know that you had a pleasant stay with us.

Feels great to know that the service standards and the vast offerings have met your expectations and was at par excellence. The staff at the front office and housekeeping department strive to provide the personal touch and create great experience for each of our guest.

Besides this, our location is indeed a strength, as The Lalit Jaipur is in close proximity to international and domestic airport, various heritage sites, shopping areas and tourist attractions.

I shall personally convey your appreciation to the team and we look forward to having you stay with us once again. Do write in to me (pkapoor@thelalit.com) should you be planning your next visit and will ensure to carve out a another memorable experience for you.

Best Regards - Piiyush Kapoor

On first look, The Lalit Jaipur is a beautiful property, very close to the airport and a place where you'd certainly wish to stay. But, once you stay here, you will find it a bit lacking in the basic hospitality that is expected from a 5 star hotel chain with a name so famous!

the service is average, the staff has to be reminded multiple times for the same thing, We asked for Bananas for our baby, we made this request at the reception while passing it on the way to our room, then we called room service but still no bananas! They offer a complimentary tray of seasonal fruits, we asked for it and specified that we needed bananas, and the tray arrived with sliced apples!, its like they dont listen.

We stayed in a deluxe room and the most annoying thing was that the wooden floor kept creaking, not the best ting when you have a sleeping child.

the food is average, the Indian food isn't upto the mark, continental fares better although the buffet at their 24/7 restaurant is quite the spread with a lot of variety.

I would go there again only if it were discounted.

Pros :
5 star
close to airport
clean

Cons
Bad service
average food
creaking floor in room

This property is very close to Airport. Luxurious one with good amenities. The restaurant is good but it can be better. There is no much variety in break fast. They could add items like Miso Soup, Vegetable broth, Rice congie which are regular these days in luxury hotels!!
Overall good place but still not the best in terms of luxury and food

Dear Manish, Namaskar!

Thank you for staying with us at The Lalit Jaipur and for sparing your valuable time to post a review on TripAdvisor.

I am delighted that most of our services have exceeded your expectations. I apologise for the shortcomings experienced by you with regard to food variety provided during breakfast at 24/7 restaurant. We have noted your recommended dishes to be added in the breakfast menu. Chef will definitely consider them, whenever we change our menu's.

I have addressed your feedback with the FNB Production team. With more trainings, I am confident that you will see a marked improvement on your future stays with us.

The team and I, look forward to your continued visits.
