We booked this hotel online through the hotel's website and paid the full amount in advance for thee days booking. After getting the booing confirmation and transaction receipt from the hotel, I also called the concerned person on his mobile to be sure about the hotel reservation confirmation. Well, that one clearly one month ahead of our stay. On the day of our booking we reached at about 11-20 am and showed the front desk manager our reservation slip and he asked us to wait as our room was getting ready. After about half an hour when I inquired again I was told there was a problem with our payment. I showed him my transaction receipt. He said, "we have not received the payment, so we can not give you the room". I said I have the prrof of payment but what proof they have? After much ado, the failed to give us the room.. two hours wasted..and I have to book a room to another hotel. Meantime, some of my close persons of Jaipur called them and then only they refunded me my money.
My advice, never book this hotel.More
