I would give the Niranta 5 stars, for the convenience of being located right inside the airport, comfortable rooms and awesome breakfast. However, I caution travelers to be aware that the reception staff is not well trained on rules and customer service.
I went out to meet a friend. On the way out I was given a card for re-entry but never informed to sign the log book indicating my exit. Upon my return, security would not let me get back in as I had not signed the log book. It took a lot of arguing, pleading etc., to be able to get back into the hotel. i was informed that the card given to me was of no use. There were no signs that indicated one needed to sign the log book, neither was the security guard present when I left the building. My expectation is that a transit hotel would be aware of the rules and work to protect their customers.More
