Hotel is full of cockroaches, blood sucking insects in the bed, no maintenance, if u want to spoil u r nights than only visit this hotel.
Visited this hotel for 2 nights, after one night we asked the management to change the room but not a single room was available in which insects were not found.

Room Tip: Choose a room after checking the insects beneath the bed....

This hotel is not very nice at all and i wouldnt stay there unless i was on a overnight transit as it isnt very pleasant .The place needs a good scrub and refurbish to say the least. Staff are ok but room service is really not very nice and as they dont speak English your orders are invariable not correct and often overcharged . Resturant is to avoid as it is leased out to another company and is not owned by the hotel . Often very dirty and food isnt what you would expect. However it is inexpensive for Mumbai standards so it is ok for a very tight tbudget for a very short stay . It is very close to a railway station for transit but a fair way from the city centre and as there is nothing around thearea to see it isnt really for the tourist set

Please, don't stay there!!! dirty, not nice, gruff staff, noise. There is railway siding behind hotel. Staff urinates just under the windows. Terrible smell...The hotel is very popular with school trips, You don't close your eye!!! STAY AWAY!!

I am really impressed first by its proximity to Mumbai CST, back entrance..it is just 2 mins walk from the railway station. To say honestly its a very good hotel with nice welcoming lobby, rooms and corridors are spacious and very clean, very good room service, near to the city's main junction and important tourist and sight-seeing places..I am really impressed and would stay again in this hotel during my next mumbaii visit.

Room Tip: this is smart and decent hotel and definitely not a bad hotel and i think its value for money and good for family stays
