Am completely in love with Four Seasons Mumbai! I've had more than 50 trips to India, stayed in palaces and the like - but this hotel wins hands down! It is modern and luxurious and, in a city that is notoriously filthy, the cleanliness and condition of the hotel are impeccable! The staff are polite, professional, and very attentive - but without being intrusive. They recognised me by name and welcomed me back for my second stay with a personalised note and a tray of decadent delights from the patisserie. AER, the rooftop bar and lounge, offers a sophisticated escape from the hubbub and chaos of the city lights twinkling below, and offers probably the best bar views in Bombay. I believe its also just won a national award for best bar in India, or something to that effect. Ahhh, and lets not forget about the beds! Probably the most comfortable bed that I've ever slept in - definitely wanted to take one home with me! The bathrooms are spacious and luxurious, and filled to the brim with L'Occitane toiletry products.

The excellent service was provided by the staff of AER bar & Lounge. The service standard was very well maintained and the delivery of service was provided very fast with all the etiquette and standard. The experience was very good and also the atmosphere was cool. In the place like MUMBAI, which is highly crowded this place gives a very good feel and relaxing mood. The food which was served was very delicious. The time which I spent at Four Seasons was best time...

Loved the Four Seasons Mumbai. Has all the elegance, features and standards one can come to expect from the Four Seasons. Makes it easy to adjust to Mumbai. Rooms are a little small, but just right. Service is there, but sometimes lacking in genuine passion which I could see in other FS locations. Food was excellent. I felt really safe here. Would definitely consider staying again. Price is pretty normal for 5-star, but perhaps high for India.

Loved it.
Comparable to The Trident, Nariman Point.

Good Staff and Service.

Food Options, good.

Breakfast spread good.

Health Club good. One can use 24 hours.

Taxi pick up - little limited. Need to keep 10 min. spare for departures from the Hotel.

Room Tip: Higher floors, facing the pool are the best view rooms.

We stayed as a family- 4 rooms, 7 of us on the same floor for 7 days- really great rooms with fantastic service.
All staff were very professional and extremely polite. Helpful in every way.
The temperature outside was between 38-40, pretty hot but indoors it was very very cold, almost like the winters back home in England!!
The restaurants could not be faulted.
Loved the Air Bar..

Room Tip: We stayed at the front- quite noisy. The back may be quieter?
