I have been staying in this hotel for the past 15 years & more and every trip, I tell myself that this is the last time I am here. This opening line should tell what is about to follow.

This is a small 29 room hotel located in Vile Parle (East) & has been around possibly for 30 odd years in the same location. It is just a 4 minute drive from the domestic airport & half an hour (in peak traffic) drive from the International airport. The airport pick up & drop is compliemntary. The location of this property could not be any better.
However, that is all one could say in favour of this hotel.

The rooms are small & with a bed/table/two chairs & another small table there is hardly any space left in the room. The toliet is also equally cramped.

However, the rooms have been renovated & are generally clean with a comfortable bed.

The attached restaurant has no variety in food, although it has a 10 page menu card. It serves nothing else but Vegetarian fare & Chicken. The food is just about edible & quantity leaves much to be desired.

There is no tea/coffee maker in the room & the wifi connection is reasonable.

The staff (Room service/reception/housekeeping) are generally untrained & never leaves upto the expectation of a business traveller.

Reservation process is by email/telephone & there is no online booking facility.

It is a property which gets business owing to it's location & hence the management/owners are least interested to walk that extra mile to satisfy today's travellers. One gets the impression of a 'TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT" attitude.

Compared to the facilities it is considerably expensive as well.

Overall, in my opinion, it is NOT A VALUE FOR MONEY property & sooner or later I shall bid this property goodbye, although I have been a loyal guest for ages.

However, every time I chek out of this property there is a deep sense of dis-satisfaction, in terms of value for money.

Unfortunately this hotel does not cater for large families who are staying for more than a night. The rooms are incredibly small and despite booking 3 people in a room and checking in at 2am in the morning, no third bed was set up. The staff on main reception were great however the waiters at breakfast could not cope with the amount of people and as a result it would take up to 30 minutes to get a tea and coffee (not kidding). The cleaners would forget to put toilet rolls in both of our rooms DAILY and so this meant every day we had to call to get some. They only had one car for airport transfers so for larger groups this was a pain as we had to make two trips. The wifi is awful, everyday you have to get a new code and half of the time it did not work. Also, outside the hotel, it outlines they have a coffee lounge - that is not true!

It could be a better hotel but the service is such a let down and its definitely poor value for money.

Pros: Close to the airport, free airport transfers, Clean rooms and bathroom

Cons: Overpriced, no bar, refrigerator doesn't work, wifi only for single device, unprofessional room service

Overall it's not worth of the money you pay.

I booked this hotel as a last resort since I didn't have any place to stay even after I reached the Airport in the night.
Pro: The room was clean. AC was working. It is just 10 min drive from the domestic airport

Cons: Worst service ever, the staff is absolutely unprofessional - I felt they've brought some fellows from far off places and just asked them to wear uniforms and serve customers. Being a solo traveler and a female, I wouldn't expect the guy to come inside the room without knocking when I asked to get some water after checking in, and also when asked for the restaurant timings, he just takes my watch on the table where I just kept and says two more hours to go. Absolutely ridiculous.

Fridge wasn't working. No Beverages or packaged water bottles. They get it in a jug and I'm sure you wouldn't want to drink from it.

Breakfast was ok ok. It could have been lot better considering their overpriced rooms.

If you have no other option, go for it but don't go their for any kind of hospitality.
