Had to attend a marriage near Kurla, so chose the hotel after a lot of research. Coming in a car, the parking slot was handy. Ambience and decor of the hotel are lovely. Reception was courteous, and way leading to the room good. The room was spacious, clean. Good television with multichannels. The bed, however, could excruciatingly fit two adults and one child as it appeared cosy but small. Also, the bathroom was immediately to the right of the bed which looked odd because in most hotels they are near the door. Wifi was a mystery as the connection was on/off. The hotel had an "all meal in the bill" concept including unlimited breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner beginning with lunch on check in day and ending with breakfast on check out day. All meals are buffet type consisting both veg and non veg. The menu is reasonable, taste ok and the restaurant has a lovely ambience with good seating. Upma dish needs a mention. My child relished the "kheer" and, ofcourse, "ice cream". Back to the room, we had small problems with noise and TV which were sorted out fast. I think the hotel has to provide a newspaper to rooms. The air-conditioning was OK but not top-notch. The hotel should explore having a fan in the room. The housekeeping was nice and amiable. There are plenty of taxis available outside the hotel, and I should mention Pramod who helped us out in travel. Though ours was road facing room on 5th floor(515), it was soundproof. Go for higher floor rooms or lower floor with garden facing. Overall, excellent value for money ( 13,256 ) for two nights with all meals. Certainly, a hotel with a repeat value. Kudos to the staff and management.
