Very cooperative staff, all meals included, good variety of food, very good service. Rooms are nice and clean. Close to the international airport. Staff had a good knowledge of local transport and gave me very clear directions. Very good housekeeping staff, the rooms are always clean when we returned. We arrived at the airport and found the hotel car right outside waiting on time which was a big relief. The area where the hotel is situated is nice and green. The staff are also warm and welcoming. The food taste could be a little better. But overall it was a very pleasant stay

The hotel is ok, the room is clean but the bath looks like unclean, i'm not sure if it's clean or nor :S the food in the restaurant is excellent! The staff in the restaurant and behind the reception helps you all the time but the guy who calls the taxi's adds a lot on the price and gives you always a much higher fix price than with the taxometer. HUSTLE!

This was one of the very good experience to stay in hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean.Bathrooms were good. Hotel has very good offer of all meal inclusive in the rate plus 4 laundry per day. It is the best hotel could offer for the busness and quick traveller.
The hotel is located in relatively quiet area of Mumbai. I requested for a quiet room and was given one on the 5th floor, which was quite good. The size of the room was about average. The best thing about my stay in the hotel was the Airport Transfer facility that the hotel provides and the 3 x complimentary meals. I received an SMS as soon as I landed in Mumbai with the name and contact details of the driver that the hotel had dispatched to fetch me from the airport. So that was one less problem for me to deal with. The free Wi-Fi facility worked just fine with my laptop although the connection kept dropping off on my mobile phone for some reason. The shower area was all right and it did the job although I wasn't much of a fan of the way the bathroom was set up. There was hot water in the taps, which is always a good thing. In addition to the Airport Transfer the hotel provides the guests with three (3) meals a day, the price of which is included with the rent.All in all, my experience was pleasant and I was more than satisfied with the overall experience and that is sometimes more than you can ask for in a city as densely populated as Mumbai.
