A very comfortable hotel with beautiful architecture. The rooms are spacious. And the bed was extremely comfortable. Also the staff here are very helpful and polite. Shout-out to Romeo Menezes for helping me with my heavy luggage.More

sofitel bkc is located in bkc , the business district of mumbai close to both the airports.the rooms are good , the breakfast is average and the one meal we had there was not upto the mark.the staff was polite and courteous

Thankyou to all the staff right from Mr. Robert and Mr. Romeo at Concierge, to Staff of Front Desk Pradnya, Jinen, Aakash and All the staff of Pondicherry Cafe (Tanmay, Nigel and Louister) to make my birthday special and wishing me too. love the staff because all are super friendly and helpful. especially Miss Pranali at the reception of 14th floor.
Too much food already but a typical item like pakida or bajjiyas would have been good.

Excellent Hospitality Service given to Delegates. Professionals in welcoming their Guests!!! The traditional Aarti Welcome to VIPs! The Front office/Lobby and Bell Desk and the Security very proactive and welcoming. Great Experience!!! Suites and Rooms par Excellence and the Food and Beverages outlets also a 5 + experience.
Keep it Up... Kapil Pawar from Sales was a great Host, Polite and extended all support to make our guest have a very good Hotel Sofitel experience !!!!
