Excellent stay in December

We were in Mumbai in December 2021. Our stay was for ten days at Meluha The Fern hotel. We had two suites for ten days. Let me begin with the staff...the staff at this hotel makes it worth going back to. From the doormen, security, reception staff, concierge, restaurant staff and the cleaning and room service staff. Everyone of them have delivered excellent service to everyone in our family. The morning buffet staff were efficient and very professional. The food selection was good. We got to try different regional cuisine daily. We often ordered room service, which was delivered promptly and in a hygienic manner. All the foods, buffet and room service were excellent. The entire hotel staff were very mindful of the ongoing pandemic. There was constant cleaning and accessible sanitizer units for the guests. We felt very pampered by the staff. Special mention of Ganesh who cleaned our rooms daily. He made sure that we had everything we needed, going beyond normal services, providing us with excellent and courteous service. He was efficient and very respectful. Another special mention is front manager Monty. He was super nice, very efficient and very knowledgeable of all the everchanging Covid requirements for travel. He communicated with the Mumbai municipality with regards to our testing while in Mumbai and before our international flight. If we had any concerns, he was our go-to guy. He managed to get everything scheduled for us so we never needed to lift a finger! The same goes for the rest of the staff, from opening car doors to taking our family photos, we knew there were sincere staff smiling behind the masks. Thank you once again to the awesome staff. Hotel was comfortable, clean and rooms were spacious. We will definitely be back our next trip to Mumbai , India.

Birthday party on 26th Dec dinner@ Rodas Banquet.

We had booked Rodas Banquet for our sons birthday and are happy with Good service & courteous staff.
All our requirements were met & we were happy with service.
The food at Rodas Banquet is delicious & guest enjoyed the event.

Excellent Hospitality very nice ambiance, Absolutely amazing! The place is beautiful and staff are super friendly and the food is delicious. I love that you get a lot of food as well for the price. Very well spent Sunday

Very good service

Great service
Recently I visited Tiara for a business cum Lunch meet at Meluha. I am extremely happy with the services of all staff members starting from entrance to the restaurant. The food is very good The services are great. We loved the hospitality and got personalized service from Mr Anthony and his staff. He is very helpful and courteous and made sure we got everything right.fortunately my business deal went through and my experience was memorable and enjoyable.

Absolutely the right choice

We stayed for two nights and were very happy with our stay, the hotel has some outstanding service staff. Everyone displayed excellent service. From front desk to bell boy to the restaurant staff etc. Staff are very attentive and prompt. Perfectly located, Excellent food. I will definitely come back again and highly recommend it to other travelers.
