Stayed at The Park Mumbai this week , Awesome experience, loved the decor of the hotel. Rooms were very spacious & clean with black and white theme, food at Meishi was delicious and tasty. This hotel is just a road breadth away from the Juhu Beach. Being "The Park" it does tick mark the expected check boxes of cleanliness, hygiene and hospitality. Special mention for Mr.Glen Yakub at the front desk who was warm and considerate to suggest me a better room and offered some discount deals too.
One area that needs major improvement could be the menu and the taste of Indian food served at the restaurant. There's limited choice available, especially the vegetarian food and the taste is just average. However this could be attributed to Pandemic times limitations.
Overall it's a good boutiquish luxury hotel in terms of location, hospitality, staff and pretty well done rooms.
