Dear all,
I stayed at Jainsons Hotel for 3 nights on last wk, as I rated the hotel its realy terible to stay in night, there are many rooms but toilet and bathroom is not attached with rooms, this facility is only for AC rooms, in each floor there are 2separate toilets and bathrooms but all toilet and bath room are very dirty, unclean and unhigenic, not-well flshed and too small, you cant open and door close easily from inside, a more huge guy(fat person) who cant move inside, rooms are very congested which are not so cleaned to stay for long, if a person stayed for 3 days: room service will not applied, badsheet dosent change, cleaner never comes, recyclebin have already little bit full by previous customer or empty recycle bin buckets are never washed, its get blackish in bottom and smells so vomate, thn all work will be done till the customer wont say hardly & rudly, Worst thing is Khatmal never leave you in night, when room's lights go off you will find yourself among KHATMALS(blood-sucker in bed). I stayed for many times here bcoz of my low budget condition but I have to make room's lights on for whole night coz Khatmal never visit your body in light, Khatmal do their work for life but sometimes ppl pay for this, Khatmals are good traveler for becteria and high diseages including HIV. hotel-boys are so irritatiing when you want to eat or drink tea cofee or breakfast thn you give money to hotel-boys, after coming back with your stuffs they will cuts their commision without telling you, after doing it they dont feel shame and they will ask for tips too.
I cant understand those ppl who can go so worth to make money, even they cant maintain their businesses how could they feel better.....I didnt mean to heart that owner/s but first i should think about people and aware them about condition of this attractive low budget accomodation in south mumbai wherein others have so costly fair thn ppl comes here for low budget accomodation.
So guys, if you want your health better thn it would not have spent more money to live in a safe, clean and secure place. bcoz health comes always first. its no worth to live another place with 200-300 more Rs to live a better place other wise you will have to spend lot of money on your health, so takecare and trying to give them some advices or suggessions to make their hotel as best as it should be to better place to live...

thank you for changing the hopeless ppl's thoughts.

Room Tip: choose only AC rooms or if you can handle Khatmals(blood-sucker in bed) then choose windows room which are 6 every corners of hotels: suffocation problems. tk

The Hotel is just one km from Mumbai Central Railway Station and located opposite to Navjiwan Society. It offers small rooms for small budget travellers. It is an old orthodox family hotel. Best for overnighjt stay at competitive rates. Linens are washed but not so clean. They have their own sweet shop and restaurant at ground floor.

I stayed here for two nights this hotel is near to Mumbai Central Railway station, Just walk 300 mtrs towards Grant Road Side. Rooms are too small but good for time pass. I always like to eat street food while in Mumbai and never like to eat in hotel.
