“TASTE of the BEST”
Reviewed 20 May 2012

Eating at Peshawri the NWFP food serving restaurant at the ITC Maratha Sheraton is the lifetime best eating out experience I have ever had. The restaurant has a totally ethnic look. Tthe staff suggested we eat with our hands. We opted for the Sunday brunch. The service started with starters. The paneer tikkas melted in our mouth and the tandoori aloo’s were rich and delectable, so were other starters.
This was followed by the main course consisting of their signature dish the world renowned Dal Bukhara which is cooked overnight on the tandoor accompanied by a paneer dish and the best breads, This was followed by a rich assortment of desserts including Ras Malai, Phirni, Gulab Jamun & Kulfi. Thus ended my best meal ever. Tip Don’t hog too much starters or you may have no scope to enjoy the dal bukhara and the desserts. The non alcoholic brunch is expensive at Rs 1900 per person but after relishing the meal you would still call it VFM.
