Great and Pleasant stay in GM. - Thank you all

All credits goes to Grand Mercure staff and entire GM team - Stay was one of the best i have enjoyed in my lifetime. Hotel is situated central point to the city connecting all major points for shopping, visiting places etc - I would really appreciate the staff who were courtesy and able to fulfill the expectations of the customer with lots of care. Room service was one of the excellent. Room upgrade and restaurant Ambience was awesome. I and family really enjoyed and looking forward for the next stay in Mysore GM.
Thank you all for a wonderful stay in Grand Mercure.

Nice stay, pleasant staff

Rehan at the front desk made us feel comfortable from the check-in onwards. The extra bed that we needed was setup even before we reached our room though we informed only when we reached the hotel. All the staff are friendly and pleasant. The room was cozy. The breakfast was good and there is space outside the restaurant when it gets crowded. The gym is small but decent. Improvement needed on toiletries and cocktails in the bar.

Room tip: Kids of guests can be noisy

Had wonderful time in Mysore, the hospitality i received in Grand Mercure Mysore was above my expectation in Mysore.

Recommended to everyone who are looking for an amazing stay in mysore..

I stayed in this hotel for one week and all I have to say is that I have an amazing time throughout my stay...Comfy rooms,delicious foods, specially the breakfast was amazing.... Endless choices on cocktails,overall lovely vibe and ambience which is worth the price..Each and every staff are truly professional,we can see smiling face of the staff all around and I feel they do it wholeheartedly...It was truly an amazing experience

Excellent stay
