This hotel is very crowded hotel. Food is the worst part of this hotel. Please don't spoil your holidays by staying here. Service is down south. Very dirty hotel. Rooms are very very small. Honestly, I did not like this hotel. Don't kill your holidays by staying here.

We are dismayed to know that we were not able to meet the expectations you had with us.
We at Grand Mercure Mysore sincerely believe in going a way forward for all our guest to make their stay a memorable one. Hence I request you to please consider it as an isolated experience and not a regular show of hospitality from the team.

I ensure you that corrective checks and measures have been taken and immediately implemented. As we are coming out of the pandemic we are seeing surge in occupancies and hence the hotel is at its busiest. However we have taken pro-active steps to address the issues highlighted by you and you will surely see a change if you give an opportunity.

The hotel is centrally located but in a quiet neighborhood.
The rooms are well appointed, but lighting could be brighter in the rooms.
The hot water in the shower is always tepid not hot & the shower head lacks force...
The service is excellent - Swathi handled a smooth check in & check out at the Reception. Housekeeping staff responded immediately to all requests.
A special thank you to Chef Pradeep & Ashim who attended to our every request - we enjoyed every meal at the restaurant thanks to them.
Will visit again!

My overall experience with the grand Mercure was excellent from my check in it was lovely welcoming gesture. Staffs are very nice and friendly. Special thanks to Manager Ashim, who made our stay and dinning experience memorable.Your hospitality will definitely keep us head back to your hotel again.

It was a excellent hospitality with great ambiance in this hotel. The food was delicious served by well trained staffs. Everything was so smooth with the exceptional service standards from f&b team managed by Mr. Ashim Pramanic Looking forward to visiting soon!
