They have welcomed us in all sources.They have best food services and the chef food was just too good.The manager assisted us in all cases.Chef satya was much helpful in all cases and the Assistant manager was a great guide and a friendly nature hotel.We would love to visit again.The package was great worthy for my family.

If you visit Mysore and have to look for an option to stay over for couple of nights or even longer ... Do consider staying at Grand Mercure. Not only is the staff ensuring to follow all the precautions in the pandemic but also have been on their toes in the last 48 hours of what we have witnessed .. as they sold out and have house full.. they probably didn't expect this to come in a pandemic.
Hats off to the entire .. and as I remember a few names, we personally want to say thanks to Prerna Suresh for handling our reservation, Mr Yogesh (Manager) for the way he's led his entire team and been leading from the front (lead by example) in tuff times, Brijit (resturant staff) for her very prompt service and adding the extra punch with her lovely smile.. while I didn't catch everyone's name ..the entire team has been a A+
Overall a Good Stay and a Memorable Time.

The stay at hotel grand marcue was awesome and kids love the place and hospitality. Would love to visit agian in coming years. We tried the grand marcue for the first time last night and the food was great, freshly cooked very tasty and well presented. The waiters were attentive and service overall was good. The restaurant looked to have been well placed as per soicial distancing is conserned. Overall a good meal and great value we will certainly be going back
