“Spiti Valley Trip”
Reviewed 30 August 2013

My friends and I took this trip from Mr. Amit Kumar's Himalayan Yatra Shimla for a span of 7 days to visit Spiti Valley in August 2013. This was our first visit to this destination and we really looked forward to this trip. Was thoroughly a great experience overall especially with the requirements of the trip being rugged and conditions unpredictable. I must commend them on the arrangements they gave us especially with the great hotel accomodations and a few complimentary food options as well. Taste of Spiti in Kaza was especially one of the better places we got to stay at. Considering the overall value of the trip, this was a steal and amazing offer that we got. Amit, also advised us rightly wherever there was a need, in fact we did take a few detours and we also happened to be caught for a couple of days in a village called Chattaru, during which time, we really got through and reached safely at the end of the trip. All thanks to our driver Mr. Brajinder was a jolly fellow and very interesting chap as well. He was not only a great driver but also great company to be with. Overall this trip was great value for money. Thanks for such a great experience.

“Shimla, Kufri, Himachal Pradesh, Chail, Mashobra, Tatta Pani,”
Reviewed 21 January 2012

Shimla is a wonderful place that still has old world charm with beautiful villas to British era architecture, it has the best Mall road in India without doubt with lovely side railings (just love it) to clean environment, not to mention the great air quality which if free of most pollutants, the place seems like home no matter who is visiting it, Shimla pines are typical of the region, more so it is some great places in the vicinity from green valley, kufri, to mashobra, tatta pani is a fantastic place with hot water springs and the might river sutlej with all its beauty, Chail boasts of a lovey lawn besides the palace, jut love it , it is 32 km from shimla, Naldera has great picturesque views, tatta pani is 52 km from shimla but a must see place very peaceful, I found Shimla a truly magic destination, u feel like u r in some other world, just sit around on the ridge and admire the hills, the architecture, the beauty, ........ the viceroy lodge is a must see monument over 200 years old it is a classy palace that anyone would love to possess ....

“The best place to go in Shimla”
Reviewed 11 July 2011

we went to shimla in may 2011,may is considered a peak season in shimla, but the sad part is,after all the tiring drive to Shimla,we found out that there's not much to look around!there are very few places, namely, the horse riding, the museum and a few, very few other places, but the museum was quite worth it,very rich antiques in there, good photos,

Restaurants are great. Very Good juices of HPMC available and of course some great Wines too.
