The break fast is amazing with plenty of options, we were a group of 4 travelling so it probably saved us a good $30 each morning and it was delivered to our room right at 6:30am (which is the earliest time you can opt for).
Like every other place aorund New Delhi there is a huge power crisis although the hotel had back up generators and our room got pretty cool that we had to use a blanket which I really liked.
Across the street there are dozens of tours&travelers offices where you can book your car or bus to travel around the city or Taj Mahal. I would shop around because we found them 15% cheaper than going with the hotel affiliated services. But those are closed on Sundays unfortunately.
We landed on a Sunday and asked for a restaurant option and they guided us to this noisy pub next to the hotel where the prices were as high as they are in USA. Although the food was decent, no one needs to spend that kind of money behind food in India. For a party of 4 it costs us almost $100.
Also the pub plays loud music and you can hear the base thumping from 9pm-12am. It didn't bother me at all but my fiancee had a hard time sleeping. So if you are light sleeper definitely avoid this hotel.
My other complaint, we asked for a big AC SUV/mini van with AC vents on each row since in summer it's almost 105F outside. The hotel promised such a car but when it arrived it wasn't the case. Delhi summer can be brutal and that made for a very unpleasant travel for the day and no relief in total charges was offered since the booking was done by a third party.
I WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN, DELHI HAS PLENTY OF OPTIONS.
