This place is a dump. Karol Bagh is worth missing. Our room was big enough, but had loads of ants in congregating in and around the fridge. The sheets have a nasty slimy-filmy feel to them, and the bed wasn't very comfortable. Breakfast was barely edible. Didn't like this hotel at all, or this part of Delhi.

Hotel Grand Park Inn is a very good mid-range option in Delhi. Rooms are very spacious and clean, with mini fridge, cable TV and a good WiFi connection. Bathrooms are equally very clean and the shower has plenty of hot water around the clock. The breakfast is not too varied, but it is quite abundant.

Only two metro stops from Connaught place, the hotel is well located which makes it easy to reach the main sights in both old and New Delhi. Apart from its central location within Delhi, the immediate neighborhood of the hotel is nothing beautiful, though. The hotel offers free pick-up from the train station which is very helpful.

The hotel also has a laundry service, however it is rather overpriced. We only made use of that service because we couldn't find any alternative at all in the neighborhood.

During check-out the receptionist may try to claim that only cash payments are accepted. If you insist long enough that you are not able to pay in cash, however, he will sooner or later turn on the credit card machine and accept your payment.

We stayed at this hotel first and last night in India. The staff were excellent, especially Raj and Alfaz, they both look after the rooms on one floor, nothing was too much trouble for them, including fetching beer and ice cream from nearby shops. The hotel itself was clean and very well run. Wi-Fi is available in your room, free of charge.

We stayed here at the beginning and the end of our trip to India. The rooms were large and comfortable and very clean. Sheets and towels are changed every day. Staff were generally very helpful and arranged taxis and travel to and from the airport. The breakfast on the rooftop restaurant is included and is good value. Not quite in the centre so you have to be prepared to travel there and some nights the area was noisy. Overall we were able to relax at this hotel and would happily stay there again.

Stayed here twice now and will surely return. Excellent value for money and attentive and friendly service. Good location very close to the metro. Serves ok food at their roof top dining area. Good travel desk with lots of varieties.
