I am very happy to have my stay at Shangri la Eros, Delhi. It is one of the best hotels with great services. Food is aweome and room stay is very cozy and comfortable. Location is in the heart of the city allows one to have facilities in proximity. Remember this is 7 star property.

Room Tip: all rooms are great

My Visit Was in Summer . Service was oustanding and the hotel had a nice view from the outside as well as inside room was great.Buffet had lot of varieties to choose from. In dining was up to mark. Portion was sufficient for two. I feel it is one of the best hotels in India.

Good location, good rooms with latest interiors, and loved the food and ambience and prompt service even though the hotel was running on full capacity due to the ongoing formula 1 event in town, very centrally located and the executive lounge has a good view of the city without any obstructions.

Shangri La New Delhi is situated in the green zone of Delhi i.e. The Lutyen's. It has well appointed rooms, alnthough the size is not very big. Only the suite rooms are big. The service is quite good and the food is also upto the mark. The overall expierience was nice and would recommend it to people travelling to Delhi.

When I found out I was going to be staying at the Shangri-La I was so excited as I'd never stayed in one of their hotels before and their main selling point is luxury, luxury, luxury - right down to advertising a pillow menu on their website.

After staying here I am dissapointed. The rooms are great, bed comfortable enough and a poweful shower. However, service is slow in the restaurant, despite having what seemed like a hundred staff. One morning I was shown to my seat by a member of staff that had obviously been in better moods. We had to ask for things more than once on more than one occasion. The in-room dining was slow and on one occasion the food came cold so I had to send it back - overall waiting over an hour and a half for a meal I could eat.

The internet was free which is a major plus when you are working.

Overall, the hotel is alright. The only reason I am dissapointed is because the luxury element is promoted so much and it isn't any different to a Hilton or other, more mainstream, hotels. The only reason I would prefer to stay here in the future is if it was cheaper than the others.
